We recently had a pool installed. This is to let you know that your installer was tremendous. In this day and age, it is hard to find a person who takes pride in his work. He was knowledgeable, hard worker, and honestly, a perfectionist. He went over and beyond what was expected. MW

The team that installed my liner for my newly acquired above-ground pool has been extremely courteous, patient, and kind. This in stark contrast to other pool maintenance companies that I have recently contacted. Specifically, Jim Batchelor has given me a mini pool school lesson, brought pool-related information for me to read and did whatever it took to make my pool filtering system effective. I sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service that I have received and I will convey my thoughts to others in need of pool care. Just as importantly, I'll consider Pettis when my wife and I upgrade our patio furniture. SHS
Just a note to thank all of you for your help with our (not yours) hot tub problems. John, as you said, "Education is expensive." My wife and I recently had a new liner installed in the swimming pool we acquired with the purchase of our home not long ago. Jim Batchelor and his assistants did the job and we could not be more pleased with both the end result—the pool looks spectacular—and the quality of Jim's workmanship and his pleasant personality. Jim was extremely helpful in answering the many questions my wife and I have about general pool care and about the specifics of our system. Pool maintenance is something completely new for our household and after many trial and error experiences last summer, it was great to have Jim patiently educate us. I know it is generally more common for a company to hear from its customers when there are problems or complaints. But we were impressed by Jim and thought you should know. Another swim season has come and gone and it was a great year for us, thanks in large part to Pettis Pools. We have had occasional problems, but nothing insurmountable and together we found solutions. We would like to pay compliments to your workers. Christy was always easy to work with and very accommodating in scheduling our opening and closing. Gregg, Dan, and Nick did a thorough job in opening. Very competent. The water was crystal clear upon opening and your competent testing crew kept it that way all summer. Most of the time, Stacy did the testing and recommended the right chemicals to keep our pool clean and safe for our many family members (25 grandchildren) who enjoy it with us. We felt she took a personal interest in our pool. She and Sean were great. Jeff and Jerome came in to close us up and again did a great job. Thanks for another good swimming season. J&J M
